Information for Existing Residents

At this time, there are no immediate changes to your building or your unit. The approval process will take at least two years and will require multiple approval steps with the City of Toronto prior to the commencement of any construction. If approved, construction will be phased over several years.

All eligible residents have a right to return to a brand-new unit that is the same bedroom type, and of similar size and rent. Residents will also be entitled to compensation for relocation.
